Positive Thoughts Consulting & Training Solution conducted a virtual session at World Peace Summit 2021 on 30th April 2021 in association with 3H Companion.

The session was hosted by Ms. Fahmida Mohamed (Leadership Trainer, Moderator & Host). She opened the platform with great enthusiasm. Followed by that there was the lighting of the lamp by Ms. Ina Singh (Parenting Coach &Trainer).

With the great blessings of God, Fahmida welcomed all the eminent speakers who were invited for a Panel discussion on REST IN PEACE VS LIVE IN PEACE to embellish the trail of PEACE IN EVERY PIECE i.e. everyone has one life. The honourable panellists were –

World Peace Summit 2021 with the noble concept “Rest In Peace v/s Live In Peace” is being organized by 3H Companion in collaboration with 18 national and international organizations during April-May 2021. The event was inaugurated under the gracious presence and able guidance of Honourable Sir Anurag Tripathi, CBSE Secretary and Sir J.K Gangal, Director CCHRD on April 8, 2021. The event was started with God’s name,  followed by the essence of the summit, Words of wisdom by Chief guest sir  Anurag Tripathi Ji, keynote speaker sir J.K Gangal Ji and Founder Director of 3H Companion Chanchal Bhargava and all collaborators. The discussion says, We often come across messages like “May his soul rest in peace!” But the bigger question is: why doesn’t he live in peace? The soul is at peace, and will surely rest in peace. However, it is our body, mind and heart that get upset.

Often, people speak good about others when they leave the body. Why cannot we speak well when they are still alive, with or around us? 

This session of Positive Thoughts took off the heights with the few words on Prayers for God-given by Ms. Chanchal Bhargava. She warmly welcomed all the panellists, guests and audience. With such beautiful thoughts the session was taken forward by Fahmida where she welcomed the Ceremonial Guest; Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor, Chief Advisory & Chief Mentor of Positive Thoughts. Resident Director & International Advisor, Sports Academy Association Of India. Ambassador, Common Wealth Entrepreneurs Club. Aggressively working on the Sustainable Development Goals No. 2, 4, 7, 13. Mr. Sanjeev wishes all the panellists for the good start-up of the session.

After that, Fahmida welcomed Mr. Gaurav Sharma; the CEO and Founder of Positive Thoughts. Mr. Gaurav expressed his wholehearted Gratitude to Ms. Chanchal Bhargava and 3H Companion for making Positive Thoughts, a part of World Peace Summit 2021. together with his golden words, the platform was handed over to Fahmida where she asked the question to the panellist on Rest in Peace vs Live in Peace and welcomed their views thereon.

Ms. Indu Punj presented her views on Mindfulness. She discussed that Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, conscious of where we are and what we do, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s happening around us. She connected this with the childhood phase of humans where she further explained the way to ask the kids. Positive, encouraging language helps foster self-confidence and can inspire kids to create better habits within the future. 

Ms. Pooja Saran gave the highlights on empowering teenagers. To empower is to infuse with power or ability. we will empower our teenagers to be thinking, discerning, caring individuals capable of creating good choices altogether areas of their lives. For this, we need to Trust Them. Giving our kids the prospect to be trustworthy may be a powerful tool to assist them to trust their instincts and skills. Allow them to make decisions. 

Ms. Sonesh Bhargav presented her views on the adulthood stage. She opened her statement with what’s a work-life balance? Maintaining a work-life balance is about separating your personal and professional lives without allowing one to intrude on the opposite. Both are important, neither should be neglected. the need of maintaining a work-life balance is Firstly, to take care of your psychological state. Secondly, to make sure your physical health and wellbeing. Thirdly, It increases productivity. a corporation wants employees who are hard-working and productive. Fourthly, Become a more rounded individual. Having interests outside of labour will increase and improve your skills and cause you to a more rounded and interesting individual.

Ms. Kavita Rai spoke about the Senior Citizens phase. She said that we all experience disappointments and serendipitous moments. But if we’re exhausted from constantly reacting to the ups and downs in your life, it’s time to step back, introspect and reflect on how we answer things. Inner peace comes from appreciating life, with all its quirks and bumps. 

To conclude, Mr. Gaurav, gave his views on WOW Theory for teenagers. W stands “Worthy” which suggests kids are valuable, O stands for “Original” which says to simply accept the youngsters the way they’re and W represent “Welcome” means always able to hear the youngsters like an empathetic listener.

Moving towards the top, Fahmida once more thanked all the eminent guests and speakers for giving their valuable time for such an inspiring discussion.
