Boyd Gaming Corporation Closes Offering of 4.750% Senior Notes Due 2031

Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) (the “Company”) today announced that it has closed its previously announced offering of $900 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2031 (the “notes”).
Boyd Gaming Corporation: The notes bear interest at a rate of 4.750% per annum, payable semi-annually on March 15 and September 15 of each year, commencing September 15, 2021. The notes will mature on June 15, 2031 and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by certain of the Company’s current and future domestic restricted subsidiaries. As previously announced, the Company is using the proceeds from the offering to finance a portion of the redemption of all of its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2026 and 6.000% senior notes due 2026.The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or applicable state securities laws or blue sky laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration under the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws or available exemptions from such registration requirements.
