  1. Poha – While poha is a popular Famous Food in India, it originated in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It’s made with flattened rice and vegetables like onion, tomato, and potato, and it’s flavoured with curry leaves. The dish is then garnished with lemon juice and coriander leaves and served with green chilies. You can enhance the flavour of the poha by adding namkeen.
  2. Bhutte Ka Kees – As the name implies, this traditional Madhya Pradesh street meal consists primarily of bhutta (corn). If you don’t like your cuisine to be too spicy, bhutte ka kees is a great option for you. The recipe calls for grated corn to be prepared with all of the necessary Indian spices before being boiled in milk to create a somewhat sweet flavour. Green chiles and mustard seeds are also included to provide flavour.
  3. Daal Bafla – Daal bafla is a Famous Food dish in Madhya Pradesh, influenced by the Rajasthani specialty daal bati. Wheat dough is formed into balls (bafla), cooked till crisp, and then dipped in ghee. The bafla is served with spicy daal and hari chutney (coriander sauce). This meal has an adequate amount of proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
  4. Seekh Kebabs – Madhya Pradesh Famous Food is heavily influenced by Mughal cuisine, particularly the state’s most popular non-vegetarian dish, seekh kebab. Minced beef is wrapped around a skewer (seekh) and grilled over a coal fire until the kebabs melt in your mouth. Y’all don’t need to drop out on this treat, so make your way to Bhopal for the tastiest seekh kebabs. Shammi kebabs, korma, and keema are also available.
