The Benefits of Early Rising

The significant benefit of Early Rising is the head start it offers us on our day’s job.

The Early Rising has put in a lot of effort before most men have even gotten out of bed. The mind is fresh in the early morning, and there are few sounds or other distractions, so work done at that time is typically effectively done. In many situations, the early riser also finds time to exercise in the fresh morning air.

This activity provides him with a reservoir of energy that he will not have until the evening. By starting so early, he knows he has plenty of time to complete all of the work that may be expected of him, and he is not tempted to rush through any of it. He gets a considerable rest in the evening before the timely hour when he goes to bed because all of his jobs are completed on time.

He goes to bed several hours before midnight, when sleep is most rejuvenating, and wakes up early the following day in excellent health and spirits, ready to face the challenges of the day. Such a life is considerably more favorable to health than that of the guy who shortens his waking hours by rising late and has little opportunity for required rest during the day.

Anyone who goes to bed late must, if he intends to complete a full day’s work, work until a comparably late hour, and forego the hour or two of evening exercise that he should do for the sake of his health. Despite his efforts, he will most likely generate the same outcomes as the early riser since he misses the optimum working hours of the day.

It might be argued that some people find the perfect stillness of midnight to be by far the ideal time for working. This is undeniably true in some situations. Several great minds have discovered through experience that when they burn the midnight oil, their brain is most transparent, and they can write best.
