Apart from the customs associated with them, these festivals are characterized by unique culinary delights that are relished all over the country.
Keeping in with the Harvest Festival, the JW Cafe, the city’s favorite brunch destination, brings to its patrons an assortment of culinary masterpieces sourced from the finest bounties of the harvest season this Sunday, 17th January 2021.
Delight your palate with hearty flavors of the harvest season. Our chefs have curated a menu that includes a celestial mix of recipes from Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and South of Indian using seasonal ingredients.
An added attraction to the afternoon of celebrations will be the Sula wine barrels on display and the grape stomping pad, which will be accessible to guests. Patrons can also sip on some prominent refined wines from Sula, such as Source Rose, Source Sauvignon blanc, and Brut Tropicale, as they celebrate the new harvest.
The delectable spread will showcase culinary delights such as Pindi Chole, Amritsari Macchi Masala, Aloo Ke Gutke, Daliya Pongal, Mangodi Pulao, Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, Undhiyo, Sev Tamatar Nu Shaak, Dal Baati Churma, etc. Guests can also pick from an array of other delicacies from the Italian, Asian, Chaat Stations.
